Verifying an alternate email address or mobile number
To verify your alternate email address or mobile number:
- Sign in to your Account Information page.
- Select the Verify Now link next to your email address/mobile number.
- Check your alternate email address for our system-generated email and follow the instructions. For mobile verification, you will receive an SMS message with a code to your phone. Enter the code in the pop-up window and select Verify.
Note: If you do not receive your code within 24 hours, please do not request a new one as there may be a delay in receiving the email. If you have not received your verification code via email or SMS message, you may need to check some additional troubleshooting options.
