Accessibility features for Yahoo! Mail

The user interface of Yahoo! Mail is composed of widgets Widgets are small, individual applications. Each Yahoo! Mail page is divided into individual "widget" sections. For example, the "TO:" line and the "CC:" are separate widgets., each with a single tab stop.

To move between widgets:

• Press the Tab key (or Shift + Tab) to navigate between sections of the application.
• The arrow keys move between items within a widget. You can use the left/right arrow keys to move focus between buttons in a toolbar, or the up/down arrow keys to navigate between items in a list box.

To selecting items in a widget:

For some widgets, the currently-focused item is not automatically selected, as it would be on the desktop. Both the tab list and list box controls require you to press the Enter key to select the currently focused item.
