Resolution

To access the options menus:

  1. Sign in to Yahoo! Mail.
  2. Click the gear icon (Gear Icon) in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Select an option from the menu that appears. Options include Mail Options, Messenger Options, Themes, and Help.
