This help article will help you troubleshoot your computer and web browser settings when Safari doesn't remember your username and password for sign-in. 

If the Browser Autofill feature is not working when you have asked to have your ID and password remembered, you can try to fix this.  

• Check the Remove History Items settings for Safari:

1. On the Safari menu, click Preferences. 
2. Click the Autofill tab.
3. Next to Remove History Items, you can select a longer time period to have your information saved. 
4. Close Preferences.
