Yes, Yahoo!7 Complaint Feedback Loop is a free program to help institutional email senders improve the smooth flow of messages to their recipients. It is the ideal way for senders to: (a) understand what Yahoo!7 Mail users think of their messages, (b) take corrective action to minimize the complaints generated by their mailings, and (c) improve their sending reputation.

Only senders who sign their outbound emails with DomainKeys and/or DKIM are eligible to participate. If you’re already signing emails with either of these authentication technologies and want to enroll in the program, please visit http://feedbackloop.yahoo.net to create and manage your account.

Note: Administrators for ISPs that do not sign their outbound emails with DomainKeys/DKIM may read this FAQ for information on possible inclusion in the program.
