Deleting all emails in a folder using a mobile device

Resolution

You can delete up to 10 email messages at a time from your folders using a mobile device. If you'd like to delete all mail from a folder in one step, you will need to access Yahoo! Mail using a desktop or laptop computer.

To delete up to 10 messages at a time using your mobile device:

  1. Select the checkboxes to the left of the messages you would like to delete.
  2. Select Delete.

To delete all messages displayed in a folder using the mobile web version of Yahoo! Mail:

  1. Go to the Yahoo! Mail mobile web page.
  2. Select More Actions at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select Select All.
  4. Select Go.
  5. Select Delete.
