Removing a deleted Contact that still appearing in Mail Chat
Description
Learn how to remove a contact from your Messenger in Yahoo! Mail if the contact had already been removed from your Yahoo! Contacts.
Resolution
To delete a contact from your Chat list, you will need to log in to Yahoo! Messenger.
If you do not have Yahoo! Messenger installed, you may download it.
Once Messenger is installed, please use the following steps to modify your settings:
- Sign in to Yahoo! Messenger.
- On the contacts list that appears, right-click on the contact's name.
- Select Delete.
- Click the Delete confirmation.
