This article explains the star reviews at the bottom of Yahoo! Local business listings.
Resolution
The rating a business or service receives is determined by the average rating it gets from everyone who has rated it. Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 star scale:
- 5 stars = Loved it
- 4 stars = Liked it
- 3 stars = Just OK
- 2 stars = Needs help
- 1 star = Hated it
