What to do if you can hear the audio but not see the video

Description

This article provides resolution if you cannot see your video but you can hear the sounds.

Resolution

There are a few things you can do to enhance your video experience:

  • Poor sound/video quality, excessive buffering, and lack of a video signal are usually due to a computer resource issue. Try not to run other applications while accessing streaming media.
  • If you are accessing the feed through a Local Area Network (LAN), you might experience excessive buffering or connectivity delays as a result of the number of users or PCs on your LAN. Try resetting your connection speed to a lower setting.
  • If full screen video is not up to your satisfaction, return to the reduced video screen by pressing the Escape key (Esc) on your keyboard.

Note: Please make sure to check with a parent, teacher, or adult in charge of the computer before downloading any software or changing any settings on your computer.
