What to do if you get a Windows Media Player error saying "Access is Denied"

ID: SLN5344
Refers to: Kids

Resolution

If a dialog box appears on your screen labeled "Windows Media Player Error" with the text "Access is Denied," you are having problems playing back Yahoo! Kids TV content.

To resolve this problem, click again on the link to play audio or video content that you had previously selected (for example, from the lower section of the Yahoo! Kids TV viewer window). This restarts playback of your selected piece of content.
