Zillow.com provides all home valuation data to Yahoo! Homes and is responsible for all such data. The Zestimate^TM home valuation is a starting point to help a consumer figure out the true value of a home — sort of like a Kelley Blue Book for homes. Zillow’s data shows that the majority of their Zestimates^TM are within 10% of the selling price of the home.
