How to view and save the source code for an error page

This article lists the steps for viewing and saving the source code for an error page.
Resolution
View and save the source code:
Microsoft Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Right-click on the page | Click View Source
Once the above steps have been completed a new window will open displaying the source code.
- Click on the File Menu
- Click on "Save As"
- Save the file as a .txt file. Example file name: source code.txt
- Please send us this file via an email attachment.
Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Mozilla Firefox
- Right-click or press Control + U
- Click " View Page Source"

- Open Chrome
- Right-click or press Control + U

Safari:
In OS X Mountain Lion, in order to view the source code of a web page, you need to use the Show Page Source tool build for web developers. Developer tools are accessible after you’ve enabled the “Develop” menu in Safari.
- To enable the “Develop” menu, go to Safari | Preferences and Check “Show Develop menu in menu bar” under the Advanced tab. This will add a “Develop” menu right before the “Window” menu in Safari.
- The “Show Page Source” option is available on the contextual menu of a web page once the “Develop” menu is enabled. This contextual menu is activated with a Control-click on the web page in Safari window .
- The source code for the web page is displayed in a window pane at the bottom of the web page.
- Save the file as a .txt file. Example file name: source code.txt
