To disable the Updates Email, you just need to edit your email preferences. Here's how:

1. Go to the My Groups page.
2. Click My Email Preferences in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click Edit next to the email address at which you are receiving Updates.
4. Uncheck the Send Daily Updates Email box.
5. Click Save Changes.

Alternatively, you can simply click the Unsubscribe from Email Updates link that appears at the bottom of each Updates Email.
