This article gives step-by-step instructions on how to create, edit, conclude, and delete polls in Yahoo! Groups.

To create a poll:

1. From the list on the left, click Polls.
2. Click Create Poll in the upper-right corner.
3. Type your poll question.  (Note: Polls are restricted to one question at a time.)
4. Choose whether you want to allow single answers or multiple answers to a question.
5. Enter the possible answers to the question, with up to 25 possible choices for answers.
6. Click Save Changes and an email message announcing your poll will be distributed to your group.

To edit a poll:

1. From the list on the left, click Polls.
2. Click Edit to the right of the poll you wish to edit.
3. Make the desired changes. 
4. Click Save Changes. 

Note: If you edit a poll after voting has begun, you will lose all existing votes.

To close a poll:

1. From the list on the left, click Polls.
2. Click Close to the right of the poll you wish to close.
3. Confirm and click Close.

To delete a poll:

1. From the list on the left, click Polls.
2. Click Delete to the right of the poll you wish to delete.
3. Confirm and click Delete.
