This article explains how a user can find their Yahoo! ID or password.
Resolution
If you cannot remember your Yahoo! ID or password for your account:
- Go to the http://login.yahoo.com page.
- Click the I can't access my account link, located below the Sign In button. NOTE: If you do not see the Sign In button, this means that you or another user are already signed in.
- Follow the remaining steps to either recover your Yahoo! ID or reset your password.
Once you have recovered your Yahoo! ID information, return to Yahoo! Groups to log-in and access your groups.
