Group member suspended
Moderators will experience the following when a group member has been suspended:
- The member no longer appears in the Members list of a group, although there is no record of them being banned, removed, or having unsubscribed in Management logs.
- The member's email address cannot be added or invited to the group. You may see "Email account suspended" in the Member Add Summary.
Accounts may be suspended for many different reasons, including failure to sign into the Yahoo!7 network (inactivity) or failure to adhere to the Yahoo!7 Terms of Service or Yahoo!7 Groups Guidelines.
If an email address is being identified as suspended, the suspended user will need to contact Customer Care directly for assistance by clicking Get Help in the lower-right corner of any Help page. Yahoo!7 cannot assist moderators with restoring member access.
