Personalization not retained on the Yahoo! homepage
Resolution
When you are signed in, your personalized Yahoo! homepage will be available using any computer.
You may also personalize the Yahoo! homepage without signing in, but any personalization will be lost if:
- Your cookies are disabled and you close your web browser.
- Your cookies are deleted.
To ensure that your personalization is always available, be sure that you sign-in using your Yahoo! ID each time you visit the Yahoo! homepage.
