Refers to: Answers

Description

This article describes information about Blocked User and how to add or remove them from the list.

Resolution

A Blocked User is a person who is prohibited from adding you to their Contacts list. You can add up to 200 people to your Blocked Users list. Blocked Users do not have access to your Network or your Q&A via your public profile page. Additionally, once you block a person, they are not able to view any questions that you ask or have asked.

There are two ways to add a person to your Blocked Users list. From your:

  • Answers ID Card – Move your cursor over the picture (or avatar) of the person you've chosen to block and select the Block User link.
  • Profile Page – Go to the person's profile page and select Block User.

There are also two ways to remove a person from your Blocked Users list. From your:

  • Answers ID card – Move your mouse over the picture (or avatar) of the person you've chosen to remove from your Blocked Users list, and select the Do Not Block User link.
  • My Network Page – Go to your Blocked Users tab, find the person you've chosen to remove from your Blocked User list, and select Do Not Block User.
