This article gives steps for updating or picking new security questions and answer.

To change your security questions:

1. Sign into your Yahoo! account.
2. Click on your name at the top of the page and select Account Info from the pull-down list. You will be required to verify your current password.
3. Under "Sign-In and Security," click Update password - reset info.
4. You can choose from of the security questions we have made available, or your can choose your own.
5. Click Save after you have provided your new information.

Note:

• Security questions must be 5 to 100 characters in length and may only contain letters and numbers.
• The answers to your questions must be 4 to 32 characters in length and may only contain letters and numbers.
• Security questions cannot contain the answer.
• The security questions cannot be the same.
• The answers to your two security questions cannot be the same.
