If you wish to delete your account, please close any connected child account(s), and then contact customer care. We will then be able to delete your account per your request. A request to delete a family account cannot be processed while an active child account remains open.

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), a child account under the age of 13 cannot be left open if a parent wishes to delete their account.
