More info for users who have a recently created and/or upgraded their Facebook/Google account and are having trouble logging in.

If your account was originally created using a Facebook or Google service, and was later upgraded to a full Yahoo! account to gain access to the Yahoo! Mail service, you should be able to log in using either your Facebook/Google address, or your Yahoo! ID that was created when you upgraded your account.

If you are using your Facebook or Google address to sign in, you will need to make sure that you are clicking Sign in with: Google or Facebook at the bottom of the sign-in form. For example, if you are signing in with your Facebook account, you will choose Sign in with Facebook and use your Facebook password.

Under the normal sign-in form, you can log in using the Yahoo! ID and password that you specified when you upgraded your account.

Please try signing in to all three of the URLs below. It's important to try them all as your results may vary:
