This article describes how to resolve the following issues:

•     An address appears to be removed from the blocked addresses list, but when the list is viewed again the address has reappeared.
•     An error occurs when saving the changes to the blocked list.
   

If you are unable to remove addresses, there may be an invalid address in the list. You can fix this by going through the list and removing any entries that are not valid email addresses. This includes addresses with a "pipe" (the "|" symbol) or other unusual characters. You will also want to make sure that no email address associated with your own account is in this list.

If you are still not able to remove entries from your blocked addresses list, you will need to delete the entire list.
