Resolution

A category is a contact list; you can use it like a reusable list of email contacts.

  • Use them like contact lists: Create a category when there is a group of people you will need to email more than once, such as your school friends or neighbors.
  • Categories can save you time: You can then compose a single email and send it to everyone in that category.
  • Put a contact in more than one category: A single contact can be placed in multiple categories.
  • Use up to 1,000 categories: You can have up to 1,000 categories in your address book.
