Refund policy for annual subscriptions
Description
This article explains our policy on:
- canceling yearly subscriptions
- free trial subscriptions
- renewing yearly subscriptions
Resolution
To cancel a subscription, per our Terms of Service, you'll need to call our toll free number, 1-866-2-Rivals (1-866-274-8257 Option 4) in order to verbally confirm your cancellation. We are here Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.
Please Note: Rivals.com does not refund for unused portions of subscriptions. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription term.
Free Trails:
Only one free trial period is allowed per subscriber. Subsequent subscriptions do not qualify for free trials and the term cannot be changed from the Ultimate Ticket Annual plan to the Ultimate Ticket Monthly plan after the billing date.
Renewals:
Unless specifically stated, subscribers will be automatically renewed for a term equal to the original term upon expiration of the then-current term, and continually thereafter, unless the "Subscriber" terminates the subscription by phone at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. When termination is requested by a "Subscriber," there is no refund for any unused portion of the current subscription.
