Troubleshooting StatTrackerâ„¢

This article will explain what StatTracker is, how to use it, and it will give you some tips on correcting some common issues.


Resolution

The Yahoo! Fantasy Sports StatTracker allows managers to enhance their Fantasy Sports experience by monitoring the progress of their teams and leagues in real-time. Scores and standings will be updated while games are in progress, and will reflect the scores of Head-to-Head Matchups, Rotisserie League rankings, and more.

Troubleshooting:

If you are experiencing an issue with StatTracker not loading your Fantasy Sports teams or leagues, our first recommendation would be for you to clear your Web browser's cookies and cache.

You also may experience difficulties while trying to access the StatTracker applet from behind a firewall or via a proxy server.  Please contact the manufacture of the firewall or proxy server for assistance.

It is also suggested that you disable any pop-up blocking software while attempting to access the StatTracker applet. If you have a pop-up blocker in place, please contact the manufacturer for information on disabling the software or allowing pop-ups from certain domains.

You may also experience difficulties if your computer is running any active anti-spyware or anti-adware programs. If your computer is running such software, please disable the programs when running StatTracker.

To use the GameChannel/StatTracker™ application, you must install Adobe Flash Player.

  • Windows: 7, Vista, XP
  • Mac: OS X+

Connection speed:

You'll also have more success streaming StatTracker on broadband connections, such as:

  • DSL
  • Cable modem
  • T1 or faster

Dial-up connections are not recommended.
