This article explains how to report a problem or technical issues in Yahoo! Messenger for Android.

To enable diagnostic logging:

1. Open and sign in to Yahoo! Messenger for Android.
2. Press the Menu button.
3. Tap Options.
4. Tap Report a Problem.
5. Tap Capture debug logs.
6. Press the Back button once.
7. Tap Sign out of Yahoo! Messenger.

Sign in to Yahoo! Messenger for Android again. Try to duplicate the issue you've been experiencing. Once the problem occurs again:

1. Press the Menu button.
2. Tap Options.
3. Tap Report a Problem.
4. Tap Send a Report.
5. Write a short summary of the issue.
6. Tap Include debug logs, if the option is not checked.
7. Tap Send.
