Can't install plug-ins from Messenger Plug-in Gallery
Description
Received an error message when trying to install plug-ins from the Messenger Plug-in Gallery.
- Error message: "The installation of the plug-in has failed."
Resolution
We have received reports that some of our customers are unable to install plug-ins from the Yahoo! Messenger Plug-in Gallery.
- Workaround: None.
- Status: Waiting for a fix in a future release of Yahoo! Messenger.
