Resolution

As part of our commitment to excellent service, Yahoo! has selected Jajah as our outsource partner for our premium voice service. With "Phone Out" and "Phone In" service our customers can make high-quality, low-cost PC-to-phone and phone-to-PC voice calls to more than 200 countries over the Jajah network using Yahoo! Messenger. Yahoo! Messenger is the leading instant messenger application in the United States with nearly 97 million users worldwide.

This Jajah partnership will provide an excellent communication experience for millions of Yahoo! Messenger customers. One of the first things our customers see and use when they start their computers is Yahoo! Messenger. Providing such a prominent communication tool is a great responsibility and we believe it's critical that our partner mirror the same level of commitment that we have to our customers. Jajah's reliable VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) network and proven customer- and carrier-friendly experience make this an ideal solution.
