Troubleshooting Yahoo! Mail in iOS Mail
Resolution
To troubleshoot errors and issues accessing Yahoo! Mail using iOS Mail on your iOS device (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad), follow the steps below in order:

If you are unable sign in to Yahoo! Mail on your device or on your PC, click I can’t access my account on the Yahoo! sign in page and follow the instructions.
If the above steps did not fully resolve your issue, try these additional steps:
Make sure that your device set fetch new data automatically:
- On your device's Home screen, tap the Settings app.
- Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap Fetch New Data.
- Toggle "Push" to ON.
Note: Changes you make to your device's email settings do not affect the web settings of your Yahoo! Mail account.
