This article describes why you might receive an email with no listed subject, sender name, or body contents.


Resolution

Sometimes you might receive emails which are completely blank (containing no sender name, subject, or contents). If you receive one of these emails, please note:

  • These messages are simple spam.
  • They are not expected mail from your contacts.
  • This behavior does not indicate a problem or bug in your account.

To best gaurantee you will not receive these messages in the future, make sure to mark them as spam.
