Group miscategorized as "Adult"

Resolution

If you believe that your group has been incorrectly categorized into an "Adult" category, you will need to contact Customer Care to have it re-categorized as non-adult.

Before contacting Customer Care: Please review all sections of your group (photos, files, links, calendar, etc.) to be sure that none of your members have uploaded adult content.

Note: You will know that your group has been categorized as "Adult" if:

  • You are asked to confirm that you are 18 or older before accessing your group (and if you are under 18, you will simply be unable to access the group).
  • You see adult sponsored ads, rather than normal ads, in the group.
