Sign-in Issues: Verify Your Yahoo!7 ID and Password


Description

This document explains how to check to see that your Yahoo!7 ID and password are valid.


Resolution

Please make sure you have the correct Yahoo!7 ID and password and try to sign in on the Yahoo!7 Sign In page.

If you are able to successfully sign in to your account on the Yahoo!7 Sign In page, try Yahoo!7 Messenger again. If you aren't able to sign in, it could be due to an issue with your account. Please click here to access the Yahoo!7 Password Helper.
