Message 'Mobile Locked' received when you log into Yahoo
As a security safeguards on your account the "Mobile Locked" message is displayed on the mobile sign-in page whenever someone has made multiple failed attempts to sign in to your Yahoo ID using a mobile device, just sign in to your Yahoo ID from a computer to lift the security block.
- On a desktop computer, go to the Yahoo sign-in page.
- If you're already signed in you'll have to sign out first.
- Enter your Yahoo ID and password.
- Click Sign In.
- Sign in to your Yahoo ID using your mobile device.
