POP accounts
The number of email POP accounts associated with your domain is shown on the Email Manager screen. To add a new email account, click on "New Email Box." Enter the desired address and password and click the "Submit" button. On the confirmation screen, your mail server name will be displayed. Your POP login is displayed on the edit screen for your account.

Each account can forward to any number of other addresses. Simply type an email address in the "Forward To" field. You can type multiple addresses by separating them with commas.

Each account also functions as an auto responder. To activate a POP account as an auto responder, turn "Auto Reply Status" to "On." Add the desired text in the "Auto Reply Message" field. To save changes, click "Submit." You can edit text or turn "Auto Reply Status" to "Off" at any time.

The Auto Reply will be sent to a specific email address once in a 24-hour period.

To change a POP email address, you must delete the old account and create the new account. Please note that in doing this, all mail currently on the server will be lost.

If you have forgotten or lost your email POP account password, choose "Edit" for that address and reset the password. For your security, we do not display passwords in the Email Manager.
