I keep getting "time out errors."

Time out errors are most often caused by network congestion. If you cannot save a page, don't exit PageBuilder or your browser. Try saving your page again at a later time, when the network is less congested.

At certain times of the day, traffic on the Internet can be very heavy, and you may have to wait a little longer for a response from our servers. This is not due to the load on our servers, but rather due to congestion on the lines that connecting our server with your computer. Sometimes there are bottlenecks and traffic jams on the Internet, just as on a freeway.

Delays caused by heavy traffic should not last more than a few minutes. Usually, the best solution is to resubmit your request by clicking the same button or link again.

If you cannot load or log in to PageBuilder, try again at a later time.
