Past Due Accounts
If your credit card has been declined, please verify your card's information at Yahoo! Wallet. To retry a card with correct information, click on the "Finished" button after you have reviewed your Yahoo! Wallet. If your credit card information is incorrect, update your Wallet and click "Finished." This action will retry your card.

When you update your Yahoo! Wallet for a past due account, our billing system will charge your card automatically, immediately after the update. It will take approximately 24 hours for an account to be reactivated after being charged.

Please note that payment can only be made through Yahoo! Wallet and cannot be accepted over the telephone or email.

To bring your account up to date and to reactivate your web site, please provide us with valid payment information by updating your Yahoo! Wallet at:
