customers. This helps keep our prices as low as possible. The online order form that you used to activate your account provided an invoice as the final step in the process. It indicated the total account activation fee, as well as the cost
of standard service payments. Most of our customers also use one or both of the
following as additional documentation:
- The confirmation email we send you when your account is set up. This details
the charges, the services, and the setup information for accessing your account.
- The credit card statements that you receive will list the charges for our services.
