If you have created a web form for uploading files to your account, please be aware that you will be able to upload only files with a maximum size of 8MB. Larger files will not be uploaded to your site.

If you're still having problems uploading with your form, make sure your site includes a tmp directory. Files to be uploaded will be temporarily stored in this directory. We create a tmp directory for you automatically, but if for some reason your tmp directory is not present or has been deleted, you'll need to create a new one. Learn how.
