Linking to a Playlist

Perhaps you'd prefer to make one of your playlists more permanently available to your friends by including a link to it on a web page or in a blog. It's easy to capture the link information in the Yahoo! Music Jukebox and then add it to your page.

Here’s How

  1. Prepare your web page or blog to the point where you need to include the URL for the playlist page.

  2. Launch the Yahoo! Music Jukebox and select the playlist that you want to share in the left navigation pane. (Remind me how.)

  3. In the playlist's display in the center pane, click the Link link above the playlist description.

Click the Link link above the playlist description.

The Yahoo! Music Jukebox copies the link for the playlist page to your computer's clipboard.

The link for this page has been copied to the clipboard.

  4. Click OK to close the message window.

  5. Return to the application that you're using to create your web page or blog and paste the URL from the clipboard into your page.

What’s Next

Now your friends can just go to your web destination whenever they want to check out what's new on your linked playlist.
