Searching for Music
Searching for music is easy using the Yahoo! Music Jukebox. You can search for a song, artist, or album if you know what you're looking for. If you can't remember the exact name of a song or artist, that's not a problem! You can type in a single word and Yahoo! Music will search through millions of songs to find a song, artist, or album that matches that word.
You can also search for playlists that contain music you'd like to listen to. And if you're looking for specific members, you simply type in their Yahoo! ID.
Search is always located at the top of the Yahoo! Music Jukebox.

Here’s How
To search for specific songs, albums, and artists:

To begin your search, select your search criteria.

Type the name of the song, artist, or album that you are searching for. If you only know part of the complete name, type in a word. Press the Enter key or click the Search button.
Yahoo! Music displays a list of all songs that match your search word.
Tip:You can sort the information in your search results by clicking the heading of each column.
To search for playlists:

To begin your search, select Playlist from the pull-down menu, type in your search information, then click the Search button.
Tip: The playlist search option isn’t available from My Music or Messenger Music.
Yahoo! Music displays all playlists that contain a song, album, or artist that matches your search.

Click a playlist to see where your search criteria appears in the playlist.

Click the Play Playlist button to listen to the music in the playlist. You can add the music from the playlist to your music collection.
To search for members:

To begin your search, select Member from the pull-down menu, type in the Yahoo! ID (or part of the Yahoo! ID) and then click the Search button.
Tip: The Member search option isn’t available from My Music or Messenger Music.
