Printing Messages

Need to take a copy of that email message with you? It’s easy to print a message, provided that your computer has access to a printer, either directly or through a network connection.

Here’s How

  1. Select the message to print in your Inbox or any other folder.

  2. Click the Print button on the toolbar.

Click the Print button to print the selected message.

Tip: You can also print a message when it’s open on its own tab.

A separate window opens, displaying the message as it will look when you print it.

The print dialog window for your computer’s operating also opens.

Tip: If you don’t see a print dialog window, or if you see an error message, double-check that your computer is connected to the printer and that the printer is turned on.

  3. Verify that the printer and printing options are what you want (for example, color or black, single-sided or double-sided), then click the Print button in the print dialog window.
