Simple Promotional Email is currently limited to Yahoo! Merchant Solutions and Yahoo! Store customers who use Store Editor to build their store pages. At present, the tool generates links to pages built using Store Editor only, and cannot generate links to pages built using Web Hosting and Store Tags.
