You can give customers a glimpse of your store products by including up to three product images or descriptions with your message. Featured products appear by default, but you may select any store products to appear in your message.

Select a product

For stores with under 500 products, items are listed and may be found alphabetically. To find a product:

1. Type the first few letters of the item name into the product text box. As you type, the automatically generated drop-down list will display a list store products beginning with the typed letters.
2. Select the product from the drop-down list.
3. Your product image will appear above the text box. If the product does not have an image, a text description of the item will appear in its place, if you have given it one.
4. Repeat these steps in each product text box, to include up to three products.
5. Preview your message with the included products, using the Save and Preview button.

For stores that carry more than 500 products, items may be located by product ID. To find a product:

1. Type the product ID into the ID field.
2. Click the "Find" button to the left of the ID field to search for your product.
3. Your product image will appear above the text box. If the product does not have an image, a text description of the item will appear in its place, if you have given it one.
4. Repeat these steps in each product text box, to include up to three products.
5. Preview your message with the included products, using the Save and Preview button.

Include less than three products, or no products

Enabling the "Do not display a product here" check box under one, two, or all three product option fields will prevent products from being included in the selected areas. While you are creating your email, text stating "No product will be displayed here" will appear in place of a product, but this will not be displayed in the message you send.

To preview how your message will look with one, two, or no products selected, use the Save and Preview button.
