To access the Simple Promotional Email tool, go to Store Manager and under the Promote section, click the "Simple Promotional Email" link. From here, you will be taken to the Create Your Email page.
Using the pull-down menu in the "From:" field, select an email address from which to send your message (see A figure 1). Addresses to choose from will include your Yahoo! Mail address, and any Yahoo! Business Email addresses that are associated with your domain.
Next, enter email addresses of friends and family in the "To:" field (see B [url#fig1]figure 1[/url]). At least one email address in this field is required to send your message. Multiple addresses must be separated with a comma.
Note: The number of email recipients and messages sent must remain within daily sent email limits. Before sending your message, please review Yahoo!'s Universal Anti-Spam Policy for anti-spamming guidelines.
Look over your email subject line and modify it if necessary (optional - see C figure 1). Remember to use your name in the subject, to encourage customers to open and read your message.
Verify that your store name and URL are correct (see D figure 1).
Now you're ready to create or customize your message and message title. You may choose to customize the text already in the message field, or to create a new message (see E figure 1).
Include a coupon in your message
The Simple Promotional Email tool gives you the choice of including an existing store coupon with your email (if applicable), or creating a new coupon to send (see F figure 1). While you may choose not to include a coupon, remember that coupons are an effective promotional tool for encouraging sales.

Highlight products
You can select up to three store products to highlight in your message (see G figure 1). By default, these are the featured products from your store, but may easily be changed to display any of your store's products.

Save and preview your email
Use the Save and Preview button to see your message as it will be sent to your customers (see H figure 1). Here, you may review your email content and appearance, sender address, recipient addresses, and subject line. To make changes, click on the Edit button and modify your email.
When you are ready to send your email, click Send.
