Emailing Orders

You can set up your Yahoo! Store account to email orders to you when they are received.

To have your orders sent by email:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Store Manager.
  3. Click the "Order Emails" link in the Order Settings column.
  4. Enter one or more email addresses into the Email field in the Automatic Order Processing (see A figure 1). Be sure to put one email address per line. Press Enter on your keyboard to separate multiple email addresses.
  5. Select a Send Option:
    • Daily at 8 am and 6pm PST
    • Daily at 4am EST
    • Every hour
    • Immediately (recommended)
  6. Select a Format:
    • Readable (one per email)
    • Adobe PDF
    • QuickBooks
    • QuickBooks (new format)
    • Historical Viaweb format
    • XML format
  7. Click "Done".
  8. Click the "Publish Order Settings" to publish these changes to your site.
