Printing Orders
You may print clean, fit-to-page Full Orders, Invoices, and Packing Slips from your Yahoo! Store Manager using the Print feature. This print feature has options to print in three file formats including Adobe PDF, Postscript and HTML.
Note: Viewing PDF files requires Adobe Reader to be installed. If you do not have Adobe Reader, it may be downloaded for free from Adobe.
The Print feature may be found on the "Retrieve Orders" page as well as the "Order" page. If you use this feature from the Retrieve Orders page, you may select a range of orders to be formatted for printing at one time. You may also choose to view and print individual orders directly from the Order page.
To print an order from the Order Manager:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the Store Manager.
- Click the "Orders" link in the Process column.
- Enter a range of orders to print (see A figure 1).
- Select a page format:
- Full—intended for the merchant filling the order and includes all information on the individual order page. (Full Order sample)
- Invoice—intended for the customer and includes the shipping and billing information, items and quantity, and total including item price, shipping and tax. (Invoice sample)
- Packing slip—intended for the customer typically when the order is being sent as a gift and includes shipping information but no pricing information. (packing slip sample)
- Click the "Print" button.
- Click the link to view or download your order(s).
You can also print a full order, invoice, or packing slip from an individual order page (see A figure 2).
You can also choose the file format if you wish to print the page from another file format.
To change the Print Order file format:
- From the Order Manager, click the "Options" button next to the Print Format drop-down menu.
- Select the file format from the Format drop-down menu (see A figure 3).
- Click "Change".
- Follow the instructions above to print a full order, invoice, or packing slip.
