To create a new Yahoo! Merchant Solutions account go to the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions home page and select the package that works best for your business.

If you are an existing Yahoo! Store merchant, you can upgrade your Store to Merchant Solutions by going to your Store Manager and clicking on the "Upgrade to Merchant Solutions" link.
