Customizing Sidebar Content

The AT&T Yahoo! Sidebar can display a maximum of six modules at a time. You can customize the Sidebar by specifying which mini-modules appear and the order in which they appear.

 

Here's How

  1. Launch Internet Explorer, sign in to AT&T Yahoo!, and open the Sidebar. (Remind me how.)

  2. Click the Customize button at the bottom of the Sidebar.

    Click the Customize button

    The Customize Sidebar window appears.

  3. To remove a module from the Sidebar, select it on the list of Selected Content, and then click the Remove button.

    Select a module and click Remove

  4. Repeat for each module you want to remove from the Sidebar.

    You must leave at least one Sidebar module on the list of Selected Content.

  5. To add a module to your Sidebar, select it on the list of Available Content, and then click the Add button.

  6. Repeat for each module you want to add to the Sidebar.

    You can display a maximum of six modules at a time.

  7. The order in which the modules appear on the Selected Content list is the same order in which they appear on the Sidebar. To change the order in which they appear, select the Sidebar module you want to move up or down, and then click the up or down arrows to the right of the list. Repeat for each Sidebar module you want to move.

  8. When the list of Selected Content includes all of the Sidebar modules you want to display in the order in which you want them to appear on your Sidebar, click the OK button.

    Click OK

    The changes take effect immediately.
