Managing Mail Sub Accounts

Adding Sub Accounts Accessing a Sub Account’s Mail Suspending Sub Accounts

Accessing a Sub Account’s Mail

Each sub account that you create has its own mailbox (including permanent folders), Yahoo! Contacts, and spam protection settings. The only way to access a sub account’s mail is to sign in using the account’s Member ID and password.

Tip: It is not possible to access mail in an AT&T sub account by popping the mail into another Yahoo! account.

Here’s How

  1. Go to the AT&T Mail page in a browser.

  2. If you are signed in to an account other than the one whose mail you want to check, sign out by clicking the Sign Out link near the top of the page.

    Click the Sign Out link.

  3. To sign in to the sub account, type the account’s user name and password, then click the Sign In button.

Type the sub account's AT&T Yahoo! email address and password, then click the Sign In button.

  4. The email page for the sub account now appears in the browser.
