Gift certificates are delivered to you via email using a secure encrypted redemption code. No paper is involved. The code can only be used once.

When you redeem points for one of these prizes, the points you've used are subtracted from your account, and you are emailed a redemption code and a URL. We recommend that you print out this email, as this code is like cash and can't be replaced if lost or deleted.

Copy the URL into your browser, choose your prize at the merchant's store, and use the redemption code to receive your credit.
